Yannick will conduct Mahler’s complete symphonies cycle in 2026-2027

During the upcoming season, Yannick will conduct all nine of Gustav Mahler's complete symphonies with three different orchestras: the Philadelphia Orchestra (1, 3, 5, 7); the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra (2, 4, 9); and the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra (6, 8). The Symphony of a Thousand (8) will be performed at the Metropolitan Opera; all the others will be presented at Carnegie Hall; symphonies 2, 3, 5, and 7 will also be performed at Marian Andersen Hall.
