December 22, 2011 : Yannick conducts the Orchestre Métropolitain and the Métropolitain Choir in Jean-Sébastien Bach’s Christmas Oratorio, at St-Jean-Baptiste Church, in Montreal. Soloists: Hélène Brunet, soprano; Aidan Ferguson, mezzo-soprano; Jacques-Olivier Chartier, tenor; Alexander Dobson, baritone.

    
November 8, 2011 : Yannick becomes laureate of one Prix du Québec, the highest distinction offered by the Québec Government: il receives the Denise-Pelletier Award in recognition of his wonderful career in the artistic and cultural domain.
